Store Policy
Processing Times:
- Hair Bundles and Lace: 2-3 Business days
- Raw Wigs: 3-4 Business days
- Colored Wigs: 4-6 Business days
- Major Sales & Promotions: Processing may take up to 7-10 business days
Shipping Policy:
- Responsibility: Tena’s Bundle Boutique is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Route Protection shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, no modifications are allowed, including:
- Product changes
- Refunds
- Shipment method changes
- Address changes
- Cancellations
- Address Changes: Can only be made before the product is shipped. Changes are not guaranteed and require verification.
- Address Accuracy: Ensure the correct address is provided, including abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment/building details.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Tena’s Bundle Boutique due to an insufficient address, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
- Carrier Delays: Tena’s Bundle Boutique is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or acts of nature. Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for transit delays.
Refund & Return Policy:
- Returns: Accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that we only offer store credits and cash refunds. In very rare cases a refund will be issued if there is a company error. Start your return process as soon as possible to meet this deadline.
- Eligibility for Return:
- Item must be in original condition (unworn, unused, tags attached, in original packaging).
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return Shipping: Customers must cover return shipping costs.

- Final Sale Items: Some items will be marked Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- Return Process:
- Contact info@tenasbundleboutique.com or call 678-221-8094 to initiate a return. Use "return request" as the subject line.
- Once you receive confirmation that the returned is confirmed, you may ship the items to the address above.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- All returned Items will be reviewed for any alterations or damage once received by the company before any store credits or refunds are issued to the customer.
