Store Policy

Processing Times:

  • Hair Bundles and Lace: 2-3 Business days
  • Raw Wigs: 5-6 Business days
  • Virgin Wigs: 2-3 Business days
  • Major Sales & Promotions: Processing may take up to 7-10 business days


Shipping Policy:

  • Responsibility: Tena’s Bundle Boutique is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Route Protection shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, no modifications are allowed, including:
    • Product changes
    • Refunds
    • Shipment method changes
    • Address changes
    • Cancellations
  • Address Changes: Can only be made before the product is shipped. Changes are not guaranteed and require verification.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure the correct address is provided, including abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment/building details.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Tena’s Bundle Boutique due to an insufficient address, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
  • Carrier Delays: Tena’s Bundle Boutique is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or acts of nature. Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for transit delays.


Refund & Return Policy:

  • Returns: Accepted within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Item must be in original condition (unworn, unused, tags attached, in original packaging).
    • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Store Credit Only: No refunds, except in cases of company error.
  • Return Shipping: Customers must cover return shipping costs.
  • Final Sale Items: Some items will be marked Final Sale and cannot be returned.

    • The return address will be provided after contact.
    • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
